These terms govern your use of destineddaughters.com and your participation in Destined Daughters conferences and merchandise purchases. By using the site or registering for an event, you agree to these terms.

The site

Content on this site — text, images, video, audio — is for informational and devotional use. You’re welcome to share short quotes and link back to us. Please don’t republish whole pages or use our content commercially without written permission.

Event registration

• Your ticket purchase is a donation to the ministry. See our Refund Policy for details.
• By attending, you grant Destined Daughters permission to photograph and record the event for ministry use (social media, promotional material, future event recap). If you do not want to be photographed, please tell a staff member at registration.
• We reserve the right to remove anyone whose behavior disrupts the event or harms other attendees.

Merchandise

Merchandise is fulfilled by Printify. Their terms of service govern production, shipping, returns, and product quality. Direct questions about a specific order to Printify’s support team.

Third-party services

We use Ticket Tailor for ticketing, Stripe for payment processing, Printify for merchandise, MailerLite for our newsletter, Netlify for hosting, and Google Analytics for anonymous usage data. Each of these has its own terms; using our site or purchasing tickets means you’re also agreeing to theirs where applicable.

Liability

We do our best to keep this site accurate and the conference well-run, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability or freedom from error. To the extent allowed by law, Destined Daughters and its leaders are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or attendance at the event.

Changes

We may update these terms occasionally. When we do, the “last updated” date above will change. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
