We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA standards. Our site is built with semantic HTML, meaningful alt text on images, keyboard-navigable controls, sufficient color contrast, and respects your browser’s reduced-motion preference.

If you encounter a barrier — a page that doesn’t work with your screen reader, a button you can’t reach with the keyboard, or text that’s hard to read — please tell us. We treat accessibility reports as priority bugs.

Conference venue

Our host venue, Church of Jesus Christ Spirit Filled at 3175 Goldy Way in Sparks, NV, offers:

• Ground-floor entry with no steps
• Accessible parking near the main entrance
• Accessible restrooms on site
• Seating that can be rearranged to accommodate mobility devices

If you need specific accommodations to attend — ASL interpretation, reserved accessible seating, dietary accommodations, sensory-friendly options — let us know at least two weeks before the event and we’ll work with you to make it happen.
